⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I went into Mark’s at **53 4th Ave Unit 23 in Orangeville** today looking for a pair of winter boots, and once again they did not disappoint. I often shop at Mark’s for their exceptional quality products, fair pricing, and welcoming customer service—and today was a perfect example of why. I was greeted by **Mike**, who had no problem putting his current task on hold to help me find the perfect winter boots. After a tireless search, Mike was able to find **three different options in my size**, which I truly appreciated since it can be difficult to find shoes or boots that fit me properly. I ended up loving all three, which honestly made the decision pretty tough. After consulting with Mike and floor staff member **Tyler**, I decided to go with the **WindRiver Peak III ICEFX** boots. Both highly recommended them, especially based on the ICEFX category alone, and Tyler mentioned he personally owns a pair and has had zero complaints from his own experience. Amazing service, knowledgeable staff, and a great overall shopping experience. Big thanks to Mike and Tyler—I’ll definitely be back!
I was recently gifted a new pair of winter boots at Mark’s. My feet have a huge host of problems, plus they’re large (I’m 6ft tall) and the staff ensured that I had loads of choice and found comfy boots that will keep me warm. Thank you to Mark’s and my benefactor! I will have dry feet tomorrow
I had questions about the shoes, but the customer service was poor. The young man was rude and disrespectful, and I was very disappointed with the service in this business
They have good products, but very expensive. I only shop there when there's a sale. I also don't like being set upon by the sales staff as soon as I start looking around. Last visit, the staff member immediately asked if he could help, but turned out he didn't know anything. I prefer that the staff members are available when needed, but not shadowing my every move.
Was in the Orangeville store today and Tera and Evan worked really hard to make sure my shopping experience was perfect. I would highly recommend shopping at this store. The staff is knowledgeable and their inventory is second to none.I will definitely be back.Thanks, guys and have a Merry Christmas.
Wow! I have been shopping at Mark’s for years, and it’s been one of my favourite stores for outdoor clothing, but I will never shop at any location again. I walk in to browse at this Orangeville location, and the manager asks me to leave my back pack at the front cash. I’ve never been asked to do this at any other location, but she says it’s store policy. It’s a terrible practice to treat your customers like they are thieves. Mark’s will never get another cent from me or my family. So insulting.
I had a regrettable experience at this store. The customer service provided by the staff at the front was unsatisfactory, particularly from the manager Susan. Despite the boots breaking due to manufacturing issues, they refused to accept my return and instead, blamed me for using them excessively. After contacting MARKS customer service and returning to the store, they finally accepted my return and provided a refund. I will not be returning to this store and would recommend others to avoid it.
