I just happened to find Jordan's site because my normal computer tech was never avaliable and I just had it. I called Jordan and he was very informative and available and genuinely nice. That evening, I took my security camera box over to him and he told me and showed me everything that was wrong. He ordered a part for me and did not upcharge me for that part. Then he called me the next day as he said he would and when I came to pick it up, everything was packaged and so professional. His price to perform what needed to be done was very very fair. I could not have asked for more. I will definitely be using him in the future and will also recommend his services to anyone that needs a computer tech.
I called Jordan to see if he could do an emergency repair on my computer. He took a look at it right away, diagnosed the issue and had it repaired within the hour. Seriously happy with my service and highly recommend him.

I normally don't write reviews, but I had to leave one after dealing with Jordan at SLPC. I found a listing on Kijiji he had up for a rebuilt custom PC and I'm extremely glad I went with him instead of any other listing. He made the transaction feel very professional. Warranty on all parts, installed custom OS's plus added extras, gave me all the boxes for the hardware used, etc. He's now helping me upgrade my current laptops because he's so knowledgeable! Highly recommend<3
