Print 3 was absolutely fantastic! I had a rush order and they helped me quickly and efficiently from start to finish. The quality of the final product was amazing, and their customer service was outstanding—friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful. I’ll definitely be using them again and highly recommend their services!
Do not trust these people with your valuable packages. We shipped something FEDEX and delivered to this location. We were given a receipt. Soon after, our customer contacted us to say that the package was still sitting at Print Three. We went back, and they said everything had been picked up by the fed ex driver. This is not true because it was never scanned in by the driver. After many calls with fed ex, they sent us a cheque for $100. Our package was worth over $2000. The owner took ZERO responsibility. The tracking system relies on a chain of custody where packages are scanned from one operator to the next. The operators are responsible for getting a receipt for packages they have custody of when they are collected. Of note, all the courier shipments were left unattended by the front door, while the owner was out back in his print shop, so anyone could walk by and help themselves. Pretty sad that you have to buy insurance to be protected from the very people paid to deliver your package.
Tom is a gem. I placed an online order for missing cat posters and they were ready very quickly and excellent quality. The staff are always kind and the quality is amazing.

I went there to get some resume printouts and they don’t charge me for that they said resume printouts are free. I was glad to hear that. Staff is very find , polite , helpful
