Failed to ship online order. No communications. I placed an order from their online store on Sep-14, EIGHT BUSINESS DAYS before the Canada Post strike. Up to now, I've seen no shipping confirmation, and received no response to multiple e-mails asking about the order. Even if the strike is an issue, why don't they respond to e-mails? I've purchased their seasonings from the grocery store many times, and the product is actually very good. But they need to do a better job in customer communications and order fulfillment.
The spices are incredible. Not only do we love the spices but the prepared foods are delicious, serving sizes are good and prices are reasonable - my personal favorite is the Guinness Pie ?
The food and spices are top notch ? Christian always delivers an amazing product and has very reasonable prices. We have been fans of his spices for years and so happy he has opened a retail space to buy pre seasoned & marinated meats and sides!
You won’t find anything better than this. Hard to pick favourites on the spices, but I don’t go a day without One Seasoning and the new Meat Salt. As for sauces, the Three Amigos have been my bankers for bbqs this summer. Great variety, and the store on Richardson Road in Orangeville is awesome. I stacked my chest freezer a few weeks ago with their chicken, sausages and brisket. And don’t forget to grab a jar of Wicked Pickles on the way out! Highly recommended ?
Wow! This place is over the top amazing! I know Fire in The Kitchen is famous for their incredible spice collection..but I couldn't believe they had so many prepared gourmet food items! Stopping by here was the bomb..all my guests raved about the food I served at my summer BBQ. Thanks so much guys!
Just ordered a 9 pack after trying the Crazy Kids Rib Rub recently on pork ribs that I took to a family gathering. Everyone wanted my rib recipe. I literally brought out the “Crazy Kids Rib Rub” package and said this is it! Just ordered a 9 pack to try the “One Rub” spice and the “Burger Batter” spice. Betting they will be excellent. Highly recommend the Crazy Kids Rib Rub for now - this spice is simply awesome!!!
