My boyfriend and I went into the store waited 40 minutes without even being acknowledged. Was with other customers which is all good until another customer walked in and they were taken before we were so we walked out. Customer chuckled and owner made some remark of “you were first right” to the new customer after seeing us in there for 40 minutes. If you want good customer service don’t come here.
Recently had a ring cleaned and re-sized to a perfect fit and watch batteries replaced as well. Customer service was excellent, Friendly & helpful owners. Thank you!
I went in just to size my finger for a professional ring I am receiving. Even though I didn't buy anything, he was happy to help. I also appreciated the placard that stated something like, "Quality costs money. I would rather explain the quality than apologize for the lack thereof." I will shop here when I am looking to buy.
Went into the store and the woman working there was with a customer, no problem, walked around and looked stuff and waited a few more Minutes. Not even a hello or i will be a few Minutes, a smile a nod nothing. I ended up going to vans jewelry on Elizabeth Street, super nice, amazingly fast and affordable! Highly recommend! May seem silly but acknowledge your customers,

Great service! My fiance bought me a beautiful pair of earrings, stellar quality; I've also had my engagement ring resized here and it looks perfect! Can't even tell it's been altered in any way.
BEWARE! AVOID! I had the unpleasant experience of dealing with Mr. Kosten a year and a half ago. I bought a Valentine's ring from his wife. She explained the 'no return" policy. ( If an item is rtturned with bill - even after only a day as in my case- they charge a quite hefty 'restocking fee' . I had to return the ring a day later. I asked for a little leniency on the policy from Mrs.K. She was polite and sympathetic and referred me to her husband who was anything but. He appeared from the back of the shop, barely looked at me and coldly stated company policy and then walked away. Rude, cold and several hundred $ richer. Works for him! I would NEVER deal with the man again and advise against doing so for any readers of these reviews BTW. Within a year I married the woman to whom I gave the Valentine ring that I had to return. Needless to say, I bought both engagement and wedding rings at another establishment! What goes around, comes around.
