Absolutely disgusted with how his office handled the sale of our house. We moved in and there were many issues with the house that didn't meat the contract, we moved in in May and we are still fighting with him to do something about it. To top it off he neglected to get the proper paperwork signed to have our rentals for reliance switched over! Between him and the selling lawyer it took them 6 months to sort it out leaving me with a $1300 bill at Christmas. I have reached out to him numerous time and he will answer me for a bit then stop answering emails or phone calls. As a first time home buyer my experience has been terrible thanks in large part to his firm. It's funny because he had no issues collecting the $1500 we paid him to handle the closing but apparently didn't even do it properly. Beware before using him.

The Legal Assistant in Brampton never returned phone calls or answered any questions when I emailed. Just simply went about the business of what was necessary without keeping me informed. 0 customer courtesy. I tried to point it out to Chris but it just became a debate. Unless you know exactly what goes on during Real Estate transactions I would stay clear of this business....you're left in the dark too much.
Used Chris as our real estate lawyer on the purchase of our first home and was VERY IMPRESSED. He was incredibly thorough and helpful. Explained everything, answered any and all questions and never made us feel rushed. To top it off he has a great sense of humor as well!
Would give this lawyer no stars if it was an option. Very arrogant, condescending and unprofessional. Made my girlfriend's first time buying a home a terrible experience. I do not recommend this lawyer. Take your hard earned money elsewhere. This guy is a plug.
