Orangeville location has the slowest people working here. They literally move at a snail’s pace, so be prepared to stand in line for 20 minutes waiting to pay.
I spent about $80 on balloons. I told The Guy to blow it up. I’m gonna pay for it. He’s like no you don’t pay for it. I’m not gonna blow it up. I find them a little bit rude. He was a white guy working. He didn’t know how to serve a customer Although he did blew up all the balloons, but with an attitude.
It was super hard to try and find Hawaiian decorations at this time of year, but they had more than I thought! Pineapple print on balloons was definitely a nice surprise!

I have been here multiple times, most of the time the staff is pretty unmotivated and does not know answers to some basic questions. Such as does the price of the balloon bundles include helium? Or if all these colours are marked on sale, is the red also on sale? Also they didnt have ideas or helpful suggestions... one situation seemed obvious when I realized there is a balloon with the birthday numbers on it, I wanted numbers (looking at 2 large) digits but the balloon bundle only comes with one foil. It was a milestone so there was a balloon with the age on it... hello.
Great selection in inventory, but lacking in customer service. Could use another cashier to check people out while the others are filling balloon orders.
It has balloons and a bunch of party stuff that you can't find anywhere for cheap and a lot of summer stuff. You can get cups plants napping that are cool
