TERRIBLE service from the pharmacy. They will give you a weeks supply at a time telling you to come back and will never have it ready. There’s always an excuse .I’m switching pharmacies after dealing with this for years.
Absolutely ridiculous, I figured after having such a great experience to come back here again. WRONG! I purchased a fragrance sampler Wich said it should give me 50,000 point I noticed that it wasn’t giving the points and pointed it out. Forst I was told it takes a while and I said even if it does the cupo should have disappeared I said I didn’t want it and I was forced by Paige in the boutique to keep it and take it with me. I said I don’t want it if I can’t get the points then she said to go to the front and pawned me to someone else. then at the front I was told the supervisor was on lunch and come back in 30 mins. Then I spoke with the supervisor and she also seem not to care and told me to deal with customer service. If I was refusing the purchase in store I don’t understand why I was forced to take it. And if there if there is doubt there is cameras in the store. It so rude to just make someone purchase so you get the sale and wash your hands clean and send someone to fix the issue themselves. Extremely disappointing and dissatisfied. This is absolutely ridiculous customer service.
I had the pleasure of dealing with Katja, after dealing with other reps at this exact store and getting nowhere. Then dealing with 1-800 customer service and basically not getting trough after hours waiting to get assisted. I want to thank Katja for the exceptional customer service and for really taking the time to not only find the issue, but fixing it when everyone else dismissed me or send me to someone else to deal with the issue. I cant stress this enough when you have an issue and someone like Katja is so helpful and not dismissive, how it makes you feel valued as a customer. Completely restore my view on shoppers drug mart. Shoppers is lucky to have someone like you on their team. I am for sure coming back and would love to deal with you again and again. Thank you again.
My sisters and I went to shoppers to buy a perfume. We had an amazing experience with Katja, she took her time and helped us narrow down to the perfect scent! Thank you so much Katja you were amazing and so knowledgeable!
No complaints! Staff is friendly and pharmacy has such helpful and kind people working there :) + I love the whole makeup section as there are no real outlet stores/malls up here

Was in shoppers drug Mart on Broadway picking up my meds and while there bought a pair of Foster Grant reading glasses. Paid for my meds and glasses at the pharmacy and as I have been doing during covid19 said no to the reciept, my mistake. 3 weeks later the arm of the glasses broke, when I went back to shoppers for a replacement was told no can do. I understand store policies, however these are different times and merchants big and small need to show some flexibility,. avoid this shoppers drug mart location, they are not customer oriented
