I didn't want to mention his name, but since you asked, the tall guy is Scott. (6-4"-6'5"). To be fair, it happened at his previous workplace. He gossips too much. Being smartest guy in the room is more important than helping people. He told his friend Christian that I called him stupid, I think it was just because he need to overpower him but he doesn't have the guts to say it himself. Christian then threaten me bodily harm. I have asked Scott to sort things out but he just ghosted me and switch job. I complained to the certification agency about them both. Turns out Christian isn't certified. It opened up a can of worm. They are pursuing false advertising claims, he's likely going to be fired. Now I get prank phone calls in the middle of the night. I'm afraid to go out alone. This might be surprising to you. I wouldn't believe you if you tell me this story 5 years ago. I trusted Scott, so so much. It made the betrayal so much more hurtful. In retrospect, I overlooked many things. He would tell me his colleagues' private lives. Tell me how his girlfriend got really fat after getting an office job. He would gossip about other clients, roll his eyes talking about these old ladies who always took up additional time... I just didn't think I would be on the other side of it.He probably didn't wish physically harm on me, but his silence is letting it happen. Gossiping has consequences.

I liked the physio therapist I worked with but I wasn't given information on fees, my mistake for not asking at the initial appointment. I felt that I was overcharged, $120 for an initial appointment is typical, but $90 an appointment (less than an hour) after that is too much. They used up 70% of my insurance in two appointments.

Knowledgeable service provided. Attended Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy after the birth of my daughter. So grateful for the help I was provided by Kathy!

A great team of professionals who stay current with changes in their field and always have a positive attitude.

I broke my wrist and needed physio. I worked with Kris and he was GREAT. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. When he gave me exercises to do he explained them and ensured I was performing them correctly, he even followed up by sending an email with diagram instructions. He was professional and I enjoyed working with him, all the receptionist were equally friendly and helpful.
