The people are nice and the staff is friendly. My pizza was not good... big time. Scarce toppings. It's like the picture on the menu was one thing but what I got was not the same. When I got home and ate it and I discovered it had scarce toppings I opened my fridge and added my own toppings. Folks... check your pizza when u pick it up don't wait for the big surprise when u get home. Then it's too late. Update : November 9th 2025....no response from management. Wow they must be really busy.
Had a meat lovers pizza and wings from here tonight! Hands down best pizza place in town! Everything was delicious, highly recommend! Will be back for sure ?
Always the best place to get a pizza, sometimes I’d get free pizza that customer refused. And on the other hand the price is very well worth it. Enjoy delivery or pick up.✌️
Pizza hut is a joke .. the website is horrible if your looking to see stuff before you actually have to give info.... The people you talk to when you order is just as bad. I called and ordered a spicy stuffed crust pizza and they want 41.00 a 5.00 delivery charge and a 1.50 charge bc I wanted to pay with debit.... The world is so far gone it's a joke .
So happy I rediscovered pizza hut on Broadway. When the outlet on first street closed I started ordering from little ceasars, my mistake. Pizza and wings absolutely fabulous, great service and great food, what's not to like Highly recommend
I went to this location to grab a few pizzas, the staff was friendly and efficient. In fact suggested me a promo so i could get more for my money spent. I would revisit and recommend for sure.
Always loved pizza hut. The crispy crust is always a winner in our house. But I was very disappointed today. Ordered a large pizza. Delivery said 12:50-1:00pm. I keep eyeing the tracker occasionally so I can be downstairs and waiting for when they get there. At 1:00pm no pizza still. I'm like ok I'll give em 5 minutes. 5 minutes later still no pizza and the tracker shows they haven't left the store yet. So I call to ask what's going on. The person that answered the phone was apologetic and said he'll be there soon they're just really busy (At lunchtime on a Sunday afternoon? ok fine). I had to ask a few times how much longer it will be but eventually I did get an answer 'He'll be another 20 minutes'. I then asked to speak with a manager since that's not acceptable. She says she's the closest thing to a manager. I go ok then I want to cancel my order I'm not waiting. Again I had to tell her multiple times I want to cancel my order. Each time with her saying he'll be there soon we're busy (again tracker says they're still at the store, my pizza when it arrives isn't going to be fresh when it arrives). I don't care I want to cancel my order. She did eventually cancel it and I'll be watching my credit card like a hawk the next week to make sure it gets to me.
