So expensive for a simple drain snake they wanted $1000. Did not go with them and will never even think of calling again. I called my neighbor who is a master plumber and he said the job was way overpriced. It is sad when as a homeowner you cant call a reputable company and get good service without the fear of getting ripped off. Please call a smaller plumbing company and learn from my mistake.
We had a very slow basement main drain which started about 6 weeks ago. Hubby tried snaking it himself and putting Liquid Plumber etc down the drain, it would worked for a short time and then the problem returned. Great service from Mr. Rooter! The technician, Brent, arrived on time and was extremely courteous. Brent asked us qualifying questions, assessed the problem and recommended a few different repair options. He was able to cable the drain and identify the issue, a large grease clog about 30 ft along the system. Brent showed us the plug using the camera on the cable and was able to clear it after spending more time cabling it. He then once again showed us the entire drain network from the floor drain out to the septic (100ft). Fantastic service! Brent is friendly, efficient and has great customer service skills. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter of Caledon!
Ron and his apprentice Greg were fantastic. We called because of Sean - that guy is just one of the best dudes ever! But wee were super pleased with Ron and Greg's work. Professional, considerate, polite - truly amazing service. We had our toilet and washroom sink replaced, as well as a full plumbing check-up. I couldn't recommend a better plumbing service. But we miss service calls with Sean...
We called Caledon Mr. Rooter on a Thursday morning and they scheduled a technician, Ron, for the afternoon. Service was prompt and pleasant. Ron explained the repairs that were required in simple to understand terms. Everything was agreed to upfront with no surprises...thanks guys for stepping up while hubby was away :DAddition: One of the parts that was installed turned out to be faulty and needed to be replaced. A call to Caledon Mr. Rooter on a Sunday morning resulted in Christian arriving an hour later to assess and replace the part. The warranty was honoured with no hassles / no push back / no charge!
