Very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. Great frame selection, and perfect fast photo printing every time. Emma kindly helped us figure out our usb drive and framed our wedding portraits once they were printed and they look great! I don’t go anywhere else to print photos, develop film, buy 35mm film, frames, instant camera film, etc. Thank you Foto Frame we love you!
This store has a great selection of products and I love the convenience of printing my photos out, but dealing with some (NOT all) of the staff is difficult. I've been in the store several times and it's always the same If it wasn't for the rude staff I would have rated this a 5*
Teresa has been SO helpful with framing choices. She has an excellent eye and a creative mind and is enthusiastic in her work. I highly recommend F Stop for framing services.
I scanned over 2000 family photos to digital and F stop in Orangeville had them printed in a couple days. I was impressed. I also wanted to make a framed photo collage for a gift but didn't know exactly what I wanted. Sara suggest a photo book.. made it on line . it turned out great. Thx Sara
The staff at F-Stop Orangeville were an incredible help in providing us with the different photo options for our project, helping us pick a frame, teaching us how to upload our selected photos, and framing our project. Great experience and fast service! Would highly recommend.
I have been using F Stop Foto and Framing for years but my most recent visit has prompted me to write this review. I took a "love" letter my Grandfather wrote my Grandmother in 1944 during World War II to be framed. Needless to say this letter has huge sentimental value to me plus it was in fragile condition being so old. Linda made excellent suggestions on a frame and linen matting that compliments the age of the letter and photo perfectly. I am truly grateful for the time and care Linda took with my treasured possession - super happy customer.
F stop Foto has exceptional staff who know what they are doing.Teresa was exceptionally patient and gave expert advice in finding just the right custom frames for my art pieces and Catherine was super with creating beautiful prints of 50 year old photos!! And both of them stayed after closing time to make sure I was happy with my purchases. I will definitely be back at the store to frame more happy memories.
