Their agent, LESLEY NICOLE STONEHAM, did not respond to my email or phone message about a property listed on the MLS. When I called her Brokerage office, I was falsely told that the property was still available with no offers, and Ms. Stoneham was paged to no avail. I engaged another realtor to pursue the matter, as Ms. Stoneham kept ignoring me. My realtor discovered the property had been pulled off the market, but was still listed on the MLS. Wasted long distance calls and hours of my time researching the property, and the time of another realtor. The expired listing was deleted from the MLS only after the Brokerage read this review, so share your reviews to get results! I increase my rating to 3, because the Brokerage did the right thing by apologizing and deleting the expired listing -- something that Ms. Stoneham should have done herself.
