Horrible, called once asked about a specific vehicle being available to which the response was "ahh" then transferred to some one else, they asked how they could help, I asked about the availability again the response was, "Thats a different sales man" put on hold. After 2 minutes on hold I hung up. I called 10 minutes after and got the "right" person told them I would arrive in 15 minutes or so. I arrived there the vehicle was jammed tight against the wall and vehicles around it and poorly lit. Could barely open doors. Asked if we would be able to take it for a test drive got a response that he'd have to move 5 vehicles to get it out, Come tomorrow. This was 1 hour and 20 minutes to closing. I left, went to Hyundai at 401 and dixie for a similar vehicle and made the purchase there.
Very good place to buy a used car! Attentive and problem-solving professionals. (Note 4 years later): I emailed them with some questions about the car, but my email was never responded... :(
