Best store in Orangeville. Me and my friends stop by every once and a while just to admire the great selection of games, consoles, and records. I would buy something every time I went if I had the money, and the times that I have bought stuff the condition is great and there are never problems. Thanks for having such great service!
The store is filled with many well-taken care of games at great and reasonable prices. I would highly recommend coming here to buy any games - they have a very nice selection!
Horrible experience the lady with the long hair has a very bad attitude and is not very trustworthy talking about adjusting prices because he didn’t like me and very dismissive not the experience I’d expect as a paying customer and I’ll be making sure to let Orangeville banner know about the “environment” at this location

Been going for years and always had a decent experience. Today I bought a Ps4 controller then asked if I could see a game and the long haired guy told me in an extremely rude tone "it's not a museum" and that "he had his lunch right there" as he pointed to a closed pizza box on the counter. Almost lost my cool, never going back again. Use emulators and buy your stuff on Amazon, or even better, support another gaming store. The owner watched the entire interaction and said nothing. (Got home and one of the joysticks on the controller doesn't even work)
My favourite video game store beyond a doubt. Been coming here since it opened in 2017 and since then, Marty has treated me with courtesy and hospitality and I assure he an company will do the same for you. Great deals and service go a long way in what makes an establishment stand out (though in their case it helps being the only real game store in town), but Buzz always goes above and beyond and making me feel appreciated. Always make sure to buy something each I'm there, support the small businesses where you can folks, especially when it's somewhere as splendid as Video Game Buzz. You guys have my unyielding support.
This was one of the worst customer experiences of my life and I would love to speak with the owner. This is directed towards the employee working on Sunday the 29th at around 5pm, this was our first visit. I came in looking to see what you guys had, we were looking for consoles. When I inquired I was yelled at and offered ridiculous prices, more then brand new in store (we just came from Best Buy). We inquired about an Xbox and he became agressive. Demanding I pay $800.00 for an out of the box Xbox with a few accessories we were not in need of and if we didn’t we were useless customers to him. That he ‘hates us Xbox guys’. That he doesn’t want to sell to people who want an Xbox, and we were the issue with the store. We are very kind people and I promise if we were treated with an ounce of kindness in return we could’ve been good customers along with many of our friends. This behaviour is absolutely baffling and I will be warning many people about the customer service (if you can even call it that) I received here.
