Ordered online. Since moving out here there’s no Popeyes around and it’s my go to for all my supplements. Order was delivered quickly and was accurate. Also they added some freebies which they do on every order. I always look forward to the freebies.
I came into the store looking for a pre-workout that would suit my needs, something on the lighter side, as I’m sensitive to stimulants. I tried to explain this to Quinn, but I felt like he wasn’t listening. Instead, he was extremely insistent on selling me the CBUM Essentials Pre-Workout, despite my expressing several times that I wanted something more gentle. He went on at length about how I need more stimulants, which felt like a sales pitch rather than a conversation or good advice. Honestly, it was overwhelming and left me feeling pressured and dismissed. This isn’t just about one product. It’s about how I felt walking out of the store: unheard, uncomfortable, and regretting my purchase. I understand staff are there to share their knowledge, but customers shouldn’t feel pushed into decisions that don’t reflect their actual needs.
Went in looking to buy a product, and had a few questions. The girl working there (I'm so sorry I didn't get her name) she answered all my questions and we found out that what I came in to buy, actually wasn't what I wanted, so I asked for recommendations based on what I did want and she directed me to something right away. I bought it, and it tastes great and gave me a great work out! Thank you so much! I will definitely be returning once I run low!
Always great deals here, the owner and all of the staff are knowledgeable of the products. Friendly and welcoming. I only shop here for supplements and health products.
No information i did not feel comfortable the guy in store was bsy in chit chatting asked him about supplement he has no information not helpful . If there is zero star option i will choose that . Not happy with customers service
Great customer service! A ton of products to choose from. The store was very clean and well organized. I would go back there because of how knowledgeable she was on all the products I was looking for. She also allowed me to try the product before purchasing. 10/10 place to shop.
