Absolutely fantastic customer service done by Melanie. She was very helpful while I was shopping at Reitmans. She went and found the petit size in the pants I was trying on and did it with a smile. Just a wonderful experience overall.
Decent clothes when purchased on sale, otherwise expensive for what it is. Last visit had to pay for a bag to carry my purchase out in. Will not visit again for this reason alone.
Safety first but your salesperson does not have to be cranky when customer enter your store. Be gracious when telling your customer to sanitize. All the stores does that, understandable!!! The sign clearly says closing at 7p, I got there at 6:20pm but she has to annoyingly remind me that store closes at 7pm. That cranky lady does not even wear mask or gloves which they should.
