I can’t say enough good things about Butcher Furniture! The customer service is absolutely incredible, friendly, helpful, and so easy to work with. The quality of the furniture is amazing and built to last. I’m thrilled with every piece I’ve purchased and will always recommend them to anyone looking for beautiful, high-quality furniture and a great experience.
This entire experience was such a SCAM!!! We received a letter in the mail about this location having a “ HUGE LIQUIDATION SALE” and there was so such thing!! The sales event was only no tax! And the letter also stated we would be receiving a special discount because we received a special letter and invitation and that was not true! Nothing in there is less than 200$ and 200$ gets you a lamp if that! I told the lovely sales lady about the invite being very misleading and she agreed and then told me that the owner does that on purpose to get people in the store! Shocking! Reporting this to the better business bureau of Canada because this was absolutely horrible! Cannot believe this! Please see the photos for my photo of the “ exclusive invite” haha what a joke!
We have purchased bedroom and living room furniture from Butcher since moving to Orangeville almost 10 years ago. They are a supplier for many brand name manufacturer of good quality furniture you cannot buy direct. They know their stuff, provide answers on the spot or follow-up as promised. Delivery is excellent, not like the big box stores that only want to drop it off at your door and leave, they brought the bedroom sets up two levels of stairs without even being asked. After delivery service is just as good, they helped us sand and re-stain our foot board that dogs had scratched up.
Friendly and useful service. Did not feel rushed at any point. Instead I was encouraged to take my time and carefully consider what I want. Most sofas can be customized in almost any configuration of size and shape. Large selection of upholstery fabrics. Most furniture is made in Canada and is surprisingly reasonably priced despite that. Overall great experience.

Great to work with! Very nice store with a lot to look at, bought a couch from them and I have a hard time leaving it! Fair prices and great personal service. Family owned and not commission so they are not pushy!
