had a very poor experience at Staples on Sunday, Dec 14 around 4:30 PM while returning a parcel. After printing my barcode as instructed, I was first in line, but the staff member (lady with glasses and blonde open hair) helped another customer who came after me. I politely asked if she could scan my parcel since I had to go to work, but she ignored me completely. I even said that if she was busy, I could come back another day — still no response. Eventually, another employee helped me, and it took less than one minute. This experience felt disrespectful and unprofessional. Customers deserve basic communication and courtesy.
Had a great experience today getting a few vacation photos copied. David behind the counter was very pleasant professional and attentive to detail. Can’t expect more than that thank you.
David and Chloe were absolutely amazing! Very knowledgeable and super helpful. David was so patient and kind and helped me correct my own error to get my order perfect and EXCATLY what I wanted. His customer service skills are excellent!
HUGE shout-out to Chloe, the young lady working in the Copy & Print Centre at the Orangeville location this afternoon (28-July-2023). An elderly woman came into the self-serve photocopy centre with some very old fragile magazines and wanted to make some enlarged copies of some patterns. She had sticky notes on sticky notes! Chloe was so patient and did the work herself to save the lady the costs and to make sure the enlargements were perfect for her. Thank you Chloe for making someone's day just a little bit easier!
Chloe was super helpful in the photocopy deparent. We were trying to enlarge a photo for my dad's upcoming funeral and she was able to help us try to make things perfect. Chloe your help is appreciated!

Absolutely ridiculous.Your new associate "Kate" was a really poor choice in a new hire. I shopped for about 5 mins and spent a good 15 at the ONLY cash register that had a sign lit up above it but apparently if you see a sign with a light on it it means its closed.. your girl Kate stood with her back to me the entire time until a customer had to tell her I was standing there waiting.. pathetic. What awful customer service.. I felt like I deserved to take everything I had and walk right out the door without spending a dime. Now that's not all.. not only did it take her forever.. she called me to one register and then moved me to another one.. this is now my third stop.. and then what happens?? She takes another lady before me HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA omg I cant help but laugh at how crazy that is. And.. on top of that wasnt even pleasant.. no thank you.. no sorry.. no have a nice night.. nothing. I get that you might be desperate for staff but that's pushing it.. Kate.. if you're going to make it in customer service, you need to smile.
Staff were rude and lied to me.For the past 2 years (2016, 2017) I took a small booklet to Staples to have the front cover laminated and spiral bound. When I arrived I was the only customer at the print center. The 2 staff behind the counter made eye contact with me and ignored me for about 3-4 minutes. They were not on the phone, not busy, not taking another order. They were talking among themselves and moving some papers around. When one of them finally approached me. I explained what I was looking for and they told me they couldn't spiral bind something that was laminated. Then told me there's no way I could have had this done the last 2 years at a Staples.I called the Staples in Guelph and they told me of course they could laminate and spiral bind a notebook. The employees at Orangeville were rude and outright lied to me. I would only recommend this location to my worst enemies.
The staff and business professionals at Staples Orangeville are awesome. They went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction as a customer. They truly are a good bunch and I cannot be more pleased with how I was/am treated when I do my purchasing at the Orangeville Staples franchise.
