I don’t get it fix your times like it’s 8 55 and your closed it says your open to 11 every night same thing staff don’t care and just close because it looks dead if you say ur open 6-7 am -11 pm be open not 8am- 855 like I’m so tired of this
Very disappointed! I lived in Orangeville area for over 30 years I've been gone for about 16. Very disappointed when I went to pay for gas at my old favourite gas station.I had cash so I had to go in, immediately the cashier told me I could not bring my dog in. I explained to her she was in a service dog. The customer beside me said the cashier didn’t know what that is. The cashier admitted that she had no idea what a service dog was. I explained I could show her documentation. She would not do the transaction until I picked my dog up and held her. If my dog was any bigger I wouldn't have had that option. If my service dog was a German Shepherd what would she do. This worker or owner needs to do better and know what service/ ESA dogs are in Canada. Please brush up on Canadian laws. Thank you! The sad thing is I had no problems at the hotel or anywhere else. But a gas station The size of a shed that has very mini minimal Food mostly chocolate bars and chips gave me a hassle. Absolutely ridiculous! Horrible horrible service.
UPDATE AUG 25, 2023: Previously, I was happy with this gas station because I could gas up my car and go inside the Shell building to pay, to show my Air Miles and CAA cards, etc. However, today I saw hand-written notices on all of the gas pumps indicating that one must either pay at the pump or go inside to pay in advance before gassing up. I realize that is a trend at so many other gas stations but I had been so happy to use the previous method for a number of reasons. I did not get gas there today as a result and will not likely return because I am so unhappy about this change. That's my only complaint about this particular Shell station but it's enough for me to be annoyed. PREVIOUS POST IN JULY 2022: 4 Stars. This is my favourite gas station. Although I live in Toronto, I won't get gas for my car until I visit family members who live in Orangeville so I can gas up my car at this particular Shell station. Convenient location on Broadway.
What do you mean no pets allowed?! I'm kidding, but seriously it's an easily accessible gas station with very competitive prices. Service seems ok. Just don't go there before a gas price hike because you'll end up very frustrated with their pump arrangement (well at least I was :P).
