Their final question of the survey was brutal... of course they had all kinds of 'other' questions that you can expand on throughout the survey... but not that one! They may be losing my business.
Great gas station.. always use this one on my way to work. I also called them about a lost wallet and they verified it was mine before giving back, thanks again!
Great location and quick service always. The actual driveway of this Ultramar is lackluster to say the least- a good resurfacing wouldn't hurt. But hey, great quick stop for snacks and whatever else on a weekend night especially!
Let there be no doubt, this is almost certainly a gas station and there is almost always somebody intelligent and pleasant behind the counter... except that one time that kid locked himself out of his own store/job, that was pretty funny.
3 stars because previously I have had no issues with this gas station. I was here 3 days ago and pre authorized gas for 5$ just to get me to an esso. I was concerned when I looked at my visa and it said 125$ was taken from my account, so I went and kindly asked the lady why and she explained that the machine automatically pre authorizes for 200$. It would have been nice if she wasn’t so snappy and rude about it making it clear she was the manager & it happens everyday. After asking for her bosses number she told me she’ll give me it but she doesn’t answer the phone to unknown callers and she shouldn’t give her number. She also stated that the owner would just tell me the same thing. I understand that the machine pre authorizes, but that is not something I knew before. It was the way the employee or manager should I say communicated it. I work customer service & would never be rude about a genuine concern of what it seems being overcharged $120.00.
