Great clinic and amazing doctors. I wouldn't trust my health care with anyone else.
Staff are always friendly and Dr. Dirksen is generally always on time. Orangeville is very lucky to have Dr. Dirksen in this town!
A joke .. the receptionist sits there on her cellphone and does not answer a ringing telephone. Tried tonight for over the course of 2 hours calling waitied on hold for over 25 minutes and no answer .. drove over while I was on hold and walked in while still on hold .. not a single person in the clinic and the receptionist is on her cellphone and barely looks up to acknowledge me and my child standing there .. and tells me they are wayyy to busy to fit us in.. and suggests next time I make an appointment ... how am I supposed to make an appointment when you won't answer the phone???!??!
