I phoned here about a week ago. I thought I'd gotten a wrong number to a private residence. there was no indication I'd even gotten the right number, just a very abrupt "Hello?" and then the person asked "WHAT DO YOU WANT?" Uh, calling about insurance? But this was where I was wondering if I'd called someone at home and they were wondering who'd called them as there was no real response. Literally no response, just an awkward silence. Guy sounded pissed off so I thought even more so that this was what had happened. Maybe a hung over redneck, lol. I then looked at the clock and realised it was towards the end of lunch so maybe that was the issue so asked "Did I catch you at lunch time?" to which I got a very rude 'NO KIDDING!!" I get maybe they were on lunch so why answer the phone if you're not wanting to do business? Anyways, I apologised and said I'd call back but of course realised after that I don't really want to do business with someone who so obviously does not want it. Even my wife commented after about my end of the call. Don't bother calling here as there is no phone manner or professionalism whatsoever. It was just weird to put it mildly! Ah well, next place I called was much more professional.
