I switch to the Co-operators owned by Roy Chopp 5 years ago.He and his company have gone out of their way to provide me withthe best rates that I have ever had. Even my Broker who I was with for 40 years could not touch the rate, and the insurable amounts were higher than with my broker. Since I switched Roy Chopp has provide me with great service every time I have called and or needed something. Roy Chopp and his team are exceptional when it comes to helping find the right and best insurance for your home and auto. We have worked with other agents in the past, but none compare to the time they spend ensuring you are getting the right insurance for your needs. However, the best service we have received was (the mess) that Roy Chop had to clean up after we had some very bad advice from another financial advisor. Roy took the time to look at the issue, and find solutions that would work saving us thousands of dollars. Without going into personal details, we lost a lot of money on a bad investment that someone else made because we trusted the wrong peopole. While the original issue was not Roy's fault, he went to bat with us against the big guys and actually helped us recoup some of the lost money. They are thorough in what they do, leaving no stone un-turned. Finally we have someone who we can trust who reviews our investments and insurance and ensures that we are getting what we should, and not paying for what we don't need.
