We catered in our family meal for 12. Paul was great in making suggestions for what we could do. The meal was ready on time and hot, and was absolutely delicious. Everyone really enjoyed the meal and it was so much easier for us. We will do this again!
Food is excellent!!. Service is terrible. Very slow, we sat for 10 minutes and even then had to flag someone down to at least take our drink order…the server seemed a bit confused. Then it took another 40 minutes to get our meal. It was busy, understood. But…hire more people? Also, it is a very small space and the acoustics are not the best. Very difficult to have a conversation, since you can’t hear..would likely be best to go “after” the lunch crowd and “before” the dinner crowd.
We love the Craft it is our go to pizza spot... we pretty much order every friday. The ingredients are fantastic.... this comes with a cost but is 100% understandable. We thank you guys for never compromising quality. We had an issue one time and it was taken care of very quickly. 100000% recommend
Bad service: patio had seats, but told us there were none, and “nobody is leaving”. Served the wrong dish and did not apologize. Mediocre food: pizza was just okay, the spaghettis were so bland.
We came in on our weekly date night with high hopes given the reputation and the prices on the menu, but unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to our expectations. While the food came out at a decent pace, we were never once checked on by our server to see how things were going. That lack of attention really set the tone. When we finished our meals, we weren’t asked if we wanted dessert, just offered takeout boxes and handed the bill, which felt rushed and impersonal. As for the food itself, it was underwhelming. The scallops my partner had tasted off, which was concerning, and my veal cutlet was completely bland, lacking seasoning or any standout flavour. For the price point, we were expecting much more in both quality and service. Overall, it felt like we were just another table to turn over rather than guests to be looked after. Disappointing and not somewhere we’d be in a hurry to return.
Absolutely delish food. Calamari is perfectly dusted and the Ribeye was amazing. Atmosphere is very comfortable. The owner even came and asked us how our meal was. Worth every penny!
Need to post while it’s fresh. I ordered delivery through Skip and they picked up the wrong order. Called The Craft and they acknowledged that my order was still there and offered to deliver PLUS they let us keep the original order. Paul the owner personally delivered my order to the door. Just WOW. They earned a Customer for Life tonight. Oh and the pizza and salad was top notch. Thank you Paul and staff.
