I ordered a footlong sub on the same bread with same toppings, cut in half and wrapped separately. They charged me for two 6-inch veggie subs instead of a footlong. When I asked why, they said it was their policy due to Covid—though I’m not sure what Covid has to do with it. I explained it was still a footlong of the same sub, but they refused to refund or adjust the price, claiming it was because it was wrapped separately. Save yourself the trouble—poor customer service and they do drown the subs in sauce.
Women know my man and I and exactly what we like. I'll admit I cant remember all the ingredients he likes. They know it down pack. Fast but fast isn't bad , they know what there making and NO complaints. Cheers
In response to review claiming store, floors & washrooms being dirty¿? I'm in this store 5X a week. It's always very clean & foods always fresh. Excellent customer service, very friendly staff & owners.
Store is very dirty. Floors have food and dirt throughout the store. Bathroom have dirt, urine and food on floors and walls. Would not recommend eating here.
