Great shopping experience at this store , was greeted by a young gentleman named Ian and he walked me through the store helping me with everything I was looking for a was so pleasant and professional never made me feel rushed or that he was bothered to help Nice to see customer service at this location was in full force and this location is lucky to have a great employee like Ian to help there customers Thanks Ian great job
Went a couple times over the course of 3 weeks….Hardly any selection for boys, or kids in general. Couldn’t find anything bigger than medium size, The employees suggest shopping online but we would like to try things on. You would think they would have a large stock considering there’s no clothing options in Orangeville. Probably one of the worst sport checks I’ve shopped at. If I could give less stars I would.
Had a wonderful shopping experience here, the worker Gia was extremely helpful and kind to me and my friend who were looking for shoes. She also helped us to get great offers and was there to help with anything we needed :). I think sportcheck is the best place in Orangeville to get shoes as its been the most informal and helpful place as Ive been told at the other shoe stores that there were no longer DC shoes anywhere, and came here and there they were soooo. Highly recommend
Yesterday I came into the store to look for shoes for myself and I was very pleased with the interaction I had with a worker named Fernando he helped me find the perfect shoes and the exact ones I wanted he was very kind and respectful he is a very good employee and he should get a raise.
Amazing customer service at the skate shop. The sports rep spent the time to ensure my skates fit and were baked/sharpened according to my foot type and skating style.
There was a defect in a hydration pack I recently bought, there were none on the shelf to exchange it with. I asked if they could warranty just the bite valve that was defective and was told no. Then I asked if they could order another pack in to the store to do a straight exchange which I was informed could not be done. I ended up having to return the pack and order one online. Exchange procedures are terrible and a waste of time if they do not have more in stock. I will not shop here again.

Shoes were nice but in an hour period was only able to try on one pair of shoes. Half a dozen customers with one employee was awful. We left and purchased elsewhere. Never visiting this store again.
