Excellent service and a very clean clinic. I would highly recommend their services, they have far exceeded my expectations. My technician Isabella has always been warm, friendly and made me feel very comfortable.
I recently visited Lucky Lime Clinic and would highly recommend to anyone! I have had multiple services done at the clinic including the Laser hair removal, chemical peel, brow waxing and tinting, lash lifting and tinting. All the ladies at the clinic are very welcoming and make you feel comfortable during each and every service. Kayla is my brow lady, and is AMAZING! She takes the time and effort during each appointment and creates a relationship with her clients. I could not ask for a better group of ladies to be help me with a skin care regime, and everything else :D
My wife drove 30mins one way for her appointment. They couldnt get their laser going so she had to drive home. No discount on next visit or anything for her waste of time. She will now be finding a new clinic. Businesses need to understand customer service better because wasting peoples time is bad for business.
I have been going to this clinic for over 2 years...I travel over an hour to see Moira for my tattoo removal sessions. All the women in the clinic are friendly and patient!! Tattoo removal is an extremely painful process and Moira is so thoughtful and considerate of my anxiety about the procedure. She always takes extra time to make sure I am prepared and comfortable. I was so pleased with the outcome of my tattoo removal sessions I will be starting laser hair removal next. Thank you ladies for everything and for being so awesome!!
So I have two reviews because I think Lucky Lime deserves two. One - their services - I have been visiting LL pretty much since they opened and no matter what I get done, I get treated with respect, and they do an outstanding job! Secondly. Their team - AMAZING! I cannot begin to tell you how much I love these girls. Keep it up guys!
