I have been going to the Body Bar for years. I am always confident of a caring and clean atmosphere with excellent service. I would, and do, recommend this spa to everyone.
If I could give it 0 stars I would, very disappointed with this salon. My niece who is 17 and works part-time paid $200 (shelled out the extra cash for their senior stylist) of her hard earned cash for lies. She showed the stylist a picture of blonde ombr hair and she ended up with PINK ombr hair. Not once was she told that achieving her desired colour wouldnt be possible she was assured they could do it. She expressed her disappointment that the colour was not what she asked for and nothing was done to correct their error. Whats most upsetting is that she saved that money to have her hair done right but she would have gotten the same result with a $16 box of LOral hair dye from shoppers. Dont go to this salon, theyre thieves who have no problem stealing from children.
My blonde was extremely brassy and I had to go back to get it fixed. They couldn't fix it so I had to pay another salon to do so
I had a wonderful experience here today. The staff were very kind and friendly. Brittany was very detailed I her work and easy to talk too. She made my 1st experience here very nice and enjoyable.
