Love going for workouts at 9Round. Staff is super friendly, they greet you by name and keep you motivated as you go through the rounds. It's the perfect spot for a busy mom or dad who want to squeeze in a workout after or before work. My only peeve : the change area. It's small and during peak times, it gets a little crowded. However not enough to keep me from going. Also love that within a few weeks I saw and felt results.
Sitting all day and living a sedentary life was getting the best of me. Depresion, sore joints, low self esteem, and daily headaches were just a some of the things i dealt with before joining.Since joining 4 months ago, i have not had a single tylenol or advil.I sleep better, i have tons of energy, and i am just overall happier. But its not just the workouts that makes this place so great, its the trainers and the members. I have never experienced such a positive atmosphere. 9round is the best part of my day. Thanks JL and everyone at 9round. You guys rock.
Words can't express how impressed I am with this place! I've was a member at every gym in town at some point...and it never lasted. 9Round is amazing! What's not to love! You're in there for 30 minutes and it's always a great workout targeting every muscle in the body! 9Round is a great environment with encouraging and energetic staff members. Finally a fitness class that you'll never get bored of!
