“Free workout day” but none of the black card benefits worked for me. Was told I’d get a confirmation email but didn’t. Called them earlier in the day to ask about that and they hung up on me. Handicap washroom shower is just frozen water. No staff ever to be seen when I go in during staffed hours. Place is a joke
Can someone please fix the leg press machine. I have a physio rehab program and it’s one of the main exercises and it’s the whole reason I signed up for this gym.
I had to drive 15 km one way to the gym twice in a row, but I couldn’t get inside because of some system errors. My account is active and fully paid, yet I wasn’t able to enter. I do not recommend this gym.
Other than the price, gym sucks. Staff doesnt show up during staffed ours. Place is always dirty, bathrooms have some stains from a few years ago still. You can find the same broken machines for 6+ weeks on average.
I signed up for this gym online, but when I went in for the first time, the password I had created didn’t work with the system. I tried getting a PIN and followed the instructions, but the screen kept freezing and nothing was processing. I ended up calling the front desk and asked to be let in, and also requested a card since I was new and didn’t have one yet. Everything would have been fine, but once I gave my information to the worker, her attitude suddenly shifted. She looked at me strangely while processing my card. Then she asked when I had signed up, and I said, “Oh, I believe on the 10th.” I wasn’t rude or giving her any attitude—I was just answering her question. But out of nowhere, she raised her voice at me, shook her head, and yelled, “I was just asking you to confirm the day!” Then she stormed off. I was left in shock. I even asked a different coworker if she had a problem with me, because I had no idea what just happened. I felt really anxious and needed to share this because I truly didn’t expect to be treated that way. It wasn’t professional or kind. She continued to stare me down while she worked, and it ruined my whole experience that day. Even now, I still feel anxious coming in, just trying to keep my head down and avoid any interaction. I’m quiet and non-confrontational, and I do struggle with mental health—so something like this really shook me. I hope whatever she was going through passes and that she’s okay. But at the same time, it’s not right to take things out on people who’ve done nothing wrong.
I am member of this location from last 6 years. I have never seen that they maintain the place. Now a days they maintain so well and very clean. Not sure the management has been changed or what but first time I feel this place is so well maintained. So hard working employee specially Joseline. She is doing outstanding job and company should must be appreciated her hard work and dedication.
Staff unprofessional. Paper towel dispensers empty all the time. Equipment broken and repairs take forever. You get what you pay for. Toilets haven’t been cleaned in a week Update, went back to the gym multiple times during the last two weeks. No staff to be seen. I only know they aren’t there because when I ring the buzzer for service, it to goes to a phone that is sitting on the desk. Perhaps the if I reached out on their socials, perhaps they would give a crap.
