Just did a Zumba class with Lindsay and it was amazing. ?. I feel so pumped and happy. It worked all the muscles in my body and I had fun while doing it. The instructor is very nice and helpful. I recommend to give it a try no experience needed. As long as your moving your a pass !!!!
Amazing place to work out and the trainers are amazing and will help you on the path that you're looking four and the staff is also amazin highly recommended

I could give them 5 stars if weekends open longer hours. People finally have time to go to gym at weekends, but they have really really short hours available. Pity!!!
Very disappointed in good life, been paid member since 2015 and I tried to transfer to orangeville location and seemed no loyalty and even thou I have been paying for 3 months to keep it on hold, I was told I would have to pay 179 joining fee... on the look out for new gym
I've been a member for 3 years. I've always found the staff welcoming and friendly. I think the location is good and I like the large area for stretching and warm-up. I have never taken personal training, but they do seem like one of the more qualified Goodlifes for personal training. The men's change room and washroom is clean. They definitely need some new equipment, especially the outdated treadmills.

good life sucks!!!! i had my account for over 3 years got in a car accident still paid my member ship owed $103. for a month unable to make it to the gym but paid the full balance of $103. went to work out and they said no after 3 years of being a good customer you are cancelled and have to get a more expensive package see how they treat you after 3 years of paying $35 bi-weekly they just cant wait for something bad too happen so they can cut u off so u have to pay more to go to the same gym you have been paying 3 years to go to this is a bogus account i have made but my name is Tyler Boston and was not treated very fairly after 3 years of being an amazing customer and I owe good life $0.00 not a penny and they are so quick to treat a 3 year customer . I hate good life and how they treat their good customers
Very bad atmosphere, the trainers spend more time judging others then they do focusing on their clients. It's horrible, my self and many others will be sending in complaints about the manger of the trainers. We came in for a week and literally witness each trainer judge and make us feel uncomfortable. They don't help anyone on the floor unless their being paid and if your in better shape then any of them you apparently don't know anything. I'll be contacting goodlife admins directly.
So I started off with a family membershit for my wife and I plus day care back in April 2018. I ended having to down sizing to just me membership after the first month because it was costing 250 a month ( too expensive) On top of that I ended up realizing today they were charging me $85.00 per month for me only. This ridiculous price when my brother is only paying $40.00 a month ! I was told just after April when I canceled my family I was only going to be charged 69.00 $ per month that was a lie because they were charging me 85$ per month. This place totally took advantage of me and took me for joke well I guess the joke was on me. Totally ripped me off end having canceling for additional fee as well for $110 not to mention after April I had to pay to cancel my wife and children. Im a firm believer in what goes around comes around. And this wont be the last you hear from me. I guess The GoodLife is good when your scamming hard working families? I joined UFC gym ! Ill take my business somewhere else thats worth the money you were charging me.
