Superb Thai place with a retro vibe. Came in with wife and friends and ordered 5 different dishes, every one was a winner. If I had to pick only one to recommend it would probably be the basil stir fry chicken. Great balance of the 5 essentials of Thai cooking, great service, reasonable prices.
We always get the Drunkin noodles and pad Se-ew. My recent order was the worst we ever had. Noodles were extremely stuck together like glue , they were dry and tasteless. The tofu taste fishy and was not good at all. Extremely disappointing , especially with the cost of these dishes one should be happy. Thanks to me I did my best to fix the dishes so I wasn’t throwing money in the garbage. The love definitely did not go into this order. Not sure we will be back. We did at least enjoy the mango salad and appetizer platter. Btw the server was awesome this was all kitchen neglect on these dishes.
Absolutely Amazing Experience! I visited Kaki Thai Restaurant in Orangeville and I’m seriously blown away! The food was incredibly delicious — bursting with authentic Thai flavors that made every bite unforgettable. From the presentation to the taste, everything was perfect. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, which made the entire experience even better. If you’re in Orangeville, this is an absolute must-try! I can’t wait to go back and try more dishes. Highly recommend this gem — 10/10!
We’ve been going here for a few years now, and the spring rolls, wonton soup, and Pad Thai, drunken noodles…etc etc always tastes fantastic. The hostess/call taker Zerena is always wonderful too!
I remembered how great Kati Thai was the last time I visited. SO. HAPPY. I. DID! Their lunch deals are SUCH A GREAT DEAL! $16 for soup of the day, spring roll, Thai curry with a protein and steamed rice. 1990’s prices for a great lunch! That is WINNING! Quality was tasted and enjoyed throughout the entire combo. They have the best chicken based broth for their chicken wonton soup. When the broth is just as much of an enjoyment as those delicious fresh tightly wrapped chicken wontons, you’ve got an amazing broth! Spring roll was a nice to have before the main part of the combo. The red Thai curry chicken with steamed rice was very delicious and hit the spot. Chicken was fresh and tender and the rice just sopped up that beautiful sauce. Saw that they also had Mango with warm sticky coconut rice. It was the perfect ending to my GALENTINE’S solo lunch! Their Thai iced tea is authentic and so refreshing. Serena was the server at lunch and she was amazing as usual.
Wow, if I could give 4 1/2 stars, I would! I’ve been to this restaurant before when it was under a different name, “Thai for you” to which now it’s called Kati Thai Kitchen… I had a look at the menu prior to going in and I was dead set on the drunken noodles, the server at the front warned me that this was a very spicy dish and they can tone it back for me and she was certainly right to do so but I wanted the full shot… These were some of the best noodles I think I’ve ever had and they lit me up pretty good but were so addictive I couldn’t stop… the service was excellent and the atmosphere in the restaurant is beautiful as it always has been… If you’re looking for great Thai food, this one is a must!…But be warned, the drunken noodles are very spicy! Thanks again!! Zeke
Over priced small servings …. Can get the same dish… but better… at any other place Reply to owner comment: Better as in tastier and more authentic. Also paying $16 for a handful of vegetables in coconut milk with no rice is gouging (Green curry)
