From the moment I stepped inside, the cozy, rustic atmosphere and beautiful, welcoming vibrations made me feel instantly at ease. This is the kind of place that truly nourishes the soul. The service alone made the experience 5-stars. Our server, Kim, was an absolute sweetheart, offering above and beyond friendly service and genuine care. Her warm greeting and exceptional attention throughout the meal made the experience stand out completely. Kim’s dedication to her guests truly reflects the high standards of this establishment. Now for the food: simply phenomenal. I had the Steak Sandwich, and I can confidently say it was one of the most delicious, hands down, best sandwiches I’ve ever tasted—perfectly juicy and tender. Paired with the perfectly crispy onion rings and a smooth, refreshing GoodLot Farmstead Strong Beer, the entire meal was flawless. Pia's on Broadway offers a complete package: phenomenal food, a wonderful atmosphere, and truly exceptional, caring service. If you are in Orangeville, this is a must-visit destination. We stopped by here after a trail in the mono cliffs. Looved the food here ! I got the steak sandwitch and the poutine. They were both delicious, the salad and catfish sandwitch were really good too. Fresh ingredients and delicious ! Will be back for sure
We absolutely love everything about Pia’s. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the warmth and care that Laura, the owner, pours into her restaurant. She’s incredibly attentive and truly treats this place as her own personal pride and joy — and it shows in every detail. The staff are equally wonderful, always friendly and welcoming, making every visit feel special. The food? Absolutely outstanding. Everything on the menu is bursting with flavour and crafted with care — you really can’t go wrong no matter what you order. Pia’s is more than just a restaurant; it’s a place where you feel at home, surrounded by great people and excellent food. Highly, highly recommended!
In short, DO NOT GO. We waited (3 ppl) 30 minutes, and an extra 40 minutes after ordering food. We thought it would taste nice since we waited so long. But no, food tastes so plain and bad. Just normal turkey meat like the ones you brought in Walmart and white Italian bread. All sandwiches are disgusting, none of us finished our food. The server recommended a salad, saying it is “SO GOOD!!!” But I almost throw up… Completely waste of food… The service is not bad, but honestly, a minimum of 18% for the service and average of 40 cad per person for a lunch like this is just ridiculous…
Always delicious. Best service in town best sandwiches in town. Not too pricey. Need I say more? You Must try all the salads and you must try the Cobb sandwich. Actually, I suggest you try everything. It’s a must.

The best restaurant in Orangeville!!! I would recommend this place to anyone. The apple and Brie sandwich is so delicious, sweet potato fries are always a must and the mac and cheese is great also. Portions are large and staff is extremely friendly. Usually super busy and a bit crammed, but its worth the wait.

Absolutely fabulous food. Just fantastic food. Every single item on the menu. Worth every penny you pay for it. But, the big but, do not visit if you do not have at least 90 minutes to spare for your meal. Irrespective of what time or day you go it is ALWAYS crowded and there is always a wait time. Pia's is run by a skeletal staff so service takes time although the service is lovely and attentive. Takes a minimum of 30 minutes for your order to arrive at best of times. Then you want to enjoy your food leisurely. The seating is a tad bit cramped so you can't have private conversations since you can always overhear people sitting close by. But it's good enough to have general chats. Parking is available behind the building. This is a must visit. You won't regret it.
