Went there with my girlfriend today. We were both craving Halibut and were in town doing our M1 test. After reading reviews, we decided to give it a try.All I have to say is everyone was absolutely correct. Service was incredible. The owners are extremely nice people and the food was fantastic! We both had the Halibut with chips which was delicious! Cesar salad had a homemade dressing that should be copyrighted. It was that amazing.If your looking for a fair price and good food place..... look no further
My boyfriend and I went here for lunch today, as we both felt like fish. We read the reviews from past customers, I have to thank those of you who had taken the time to do so, as we may have missed out on the best meal we have had in months.The owners make you feel very welcome, food is cooked perfect, make sure you are not in need of anything. Explained how all their desserts are made fresh and by scratch, as well as dressings and sauces to make the taste that much better for their customers. Will definately make the drive to enjoy the pleasant experience, and great food.
Stopped in for a late sunday night dinner with my mom. Best decision ever! The food was great. Light batter that melted ever so nicely in my mouth without overpowering the halibut, which was done perfectly. Fresh tasty fries. Not too greasy. My 84 yr old mom can be picky yet she enjoyed everything from the hot chocolate we had at the start right through to the take away slices of homemade apple and blueberry pie we had tonight. Great service by warm people. Nice cozy small town friendly family setting and vibe. Will definitely be back when I'm up visiting mom.
Best fish n chips ever!!! Light crispy batter and hand cut fries. The seafood liver platter is heavenly good- the southern sauce is amazing.. completed my meal with the homemade lemon meringue YUUUMM
