Excellent customer service , great vibes and really clean inside. The best Indian food in Orangeville no doubt me and my family have tried about half the menu so far and it’s been amazing
I got butter chicken for two, that comes with 9 pieces of chicken, in sauce and two pieces of Naan, that didnt come with Rice for 50 dollars and there wasnt any discription whether there was or wasnt any rice ( as its expected ) for 50 dollars.... 9 pieces of chicken, in sauce X2 and an order of NAAN?! Absolutely ridiculous. I would expect this, if this was made of Panda. Overpriced, regardless.of flavor.
I ordered off skip the dishes the “butter chicken special” which came to $50.00 after taxes. The single order of butter chicken with rice was $16.00. I assumed given the cost and the posting of the single order included rice; that the double order would also include rice. I was mistaken. The orders came with minimal meat which left us with a bunch of remaining sauce. If I wanted to cook my own food I wouldn’t have ordered out. The employee that answered the phones when I called to inquire about the order could not understand nor barely speak English. I understand this is an Indian restaurant how ever if your working in Canada you should be able to first understand the native language. The taste of the food was good, but due to the pricing, poor portions, and inability to communicate in English; I won’t be using this restaurant for my future butter chicken orders.
A nice cosy restaurant with amazing food! This place is a hidden gem in Orangeville. Love their fish pakodas and chole bhature. The bhatures are not greasy at all unlike most places.
A friend brought me to the Taste of Tandoor. I have never been a huge fan of Indian food but over the last few years I'm finding dishes that are very good. I had Chicken Malai Tikka with a side of rice (rice is enough for 2-3 people). Good portion size. Highly recommend this dish. Restaurant clean, good service.
Service was amazing, very friendly and the And the establishment was clean. However, my butter chicken was extremely spicy. I was unable to eat it. Don’t get me wrong. I love spice and a little heat is great, but this was very hot. But I would definitely go back because the food was tasty and fresh!
U can never get enough of these restaurants in town as far as I am concerned. This one I think is my favorite. The staff were lovely and polite and the food was incredible and tasty. The portions were very generous. The prices were every reasonable as well. This will be my new go to dinner place. Simply TDF (to die for) curry and butter chicken.
